Local processing

Images selected or dropped into the tool are read by your browser. Cropping, resizing, encoding, previews and ZIP creation happen locally. This application's image engine does not upload file contents, filenames or editing settings to a server.

The tool uses no account, image-processing API, background upload, localStorage or persistent image database. It keeps selected files and generated outputs in page memory until you clear them, replace them, navigate away or close the page. There is no remote recovery service.

Temporary previews and downloads

Temporary browser object URLs display small previews and provide downloads. The tool releases those URLs when the corresponding files or outputs are removed. Browser memory cleanup timing is controlled by your browser.

Downloads create new files; your originals are not modified. Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them. ZIP downloads contain the processed images with generated filenames, not a copy of your editing history.

Metadata and image contents

Canvas re-encoding does not intentionally copy the original EXIF, GPS, camera or textual metadata. Browser encoders may add their own format information. We do not claim a forensic metadata-removal guarantee; verify exports separately for sensitive work.

Visible personal information in the image remains unless you crop it out. This tool does not redact, detect or remove personal content.

Hosting and network requests

Loading the website makes ordinary requests to its hosting provider. That provider may process IP addresses, browser headers and request times for delivery and security. The default image tool has no third-party processing dependencies or remote image requests.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This version loads no analytics, advertisements, session replay or third-party scripts. Image Studio uses no cookies or persistent browser storage. Any hosting request logs are separate from local image processing.
