Response times are not guaranteed. Use a non-private or synthetic image when describing an issue.
Useful details for a report
- The mode and settings you used: dimensions, fit, format and target size.
- The input format, dimensions and approximate file size.
- Your browser and the result you expected.
- A synthetic or non-private sample image, if you choose to send one by email.
Do not send personal images, private customer information or a complete catalog. The tool itself has no contact form or image upload. Email opens your own mail application and is separate from local image processing.
Local file support
The project cannot retrieve images from your browser or recover cleared outputs. Download the processed images before closing the page. Original files on your device are not modified.
